Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms of Service regulate the general provision by AsideWeb Studio SRL of website development, creation, configuration, implementation, and technical maintenance services, as well as related web solutions.

1. General provisions
AsideWeb Studio SRL provides services to individuals and legal entities on the basis of a contract concluded between the parties.
Submitting a request through the Website does not, by itself, constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not oblige the parties to enter into a contract or purchase services.
The specific list of services, scope of work, price, deadlines, payment procedure, delivery procedure, and other essential terms are agreed by the parties before the relevant work begins.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual contract concluded with the client, the provisions of the respective contract shall prevail.

2. Request and project discussion
The client may submit a request through the contact form, by email, or through other available communication methods.
After receiving a request, AsideWeb Studio SRL may contact the client using the provided contact details to clarify:
project goals and objectives;
required functionality;
website structure and content;
design requirements;
technical requirements;
completion deadlines;
service pricing and payment terms.
Based on the information received, the parties agree on the terms of further cooperation.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The terms of a specific project are established by a contract, commercial proposal, statement of work, estimate, or another document agreed by the parties.
The contract may be concluded in written or electronic form where such form is permitted by applicable law and allows the parties’ consent to be confirmed.
Electronic correspondence and other electronic messages may be used by the parties to coordinate work-related matters where permitted by the contract and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Service fees and payment terms
Service fees are determined individually depending on the complexity of the project, scope of work, technical requirements, and other agreed terms.
The final price and payment procedure are agreed by the parties before the relevant stage of work begins.
Unless otherwise provided by the contract, work outside the initially agreed scope is performed for an additional fee after prior approval by the client.
If the agreed payment deadlines are not met, AsideWeb Studio SRL may suspend the relevant work until the outstanding amount is paid, unless otherwise provided by the contract.

5. Completion deadlines
The completion period is determined depending on the scope and complexity of the project and is specified in the contract or another document agreed by the parties.
Deadlines may be changed if the client does not provide the necessary materials, information, access credentials, or approvals on time.
Deadlines may also be changed if the client modifies the initial requirements, adds new requirements, or requests additional work.
Any changes to deadlines are coordinated by the parties taking into account the circumstances of the specific project.

The client is responsible for the lawful use of materials provided for publication or use within the project.

7. Changes and additional work
Within the agreed project, the client may request changes provided for in the initial requirements.
Changes that exceed the initially agreed scope of work are considered additional work and may result in changes to the project price and deadlines.
Additional work is performed after approval by the client.

8. Delivery and acceptance of the result
After completion of the agreed work, the result is delivered to the client in accordance with the terms of the concluded contract.
If the project provides for the transfer of source files, access credentials, source code, or other materials, the procedure and scope of such transfer are determined by the contract.
The procedure for reviewing and accepting the result, as well as the period for reporting identified deficiencies, may be established by the contract or statement of work.

9. Rights to created materials
Rights to intellectual property created as part of an order are determined by the contract between AsideWeb Studio SRL and the client.

10. Use of third-party services and software products
Third-party software products, plugins, libraries, fonts, analytics systems, hosting services, cloud services, and other technologies may be used to create and operate a website.
The use of such solutions may be governed by separate terms, licenses, and policies of the respective rights holders or providers.
Where the use of a third-party service requires a separate license, subscription, or payment, the relevant terms and costs are agreed separately by the parties.

11. Technical maintenance
Technical maintenance of a website is provided only where it is included in the agreed list of services or covered by a separate agreement with the client.
