Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision by AsideWeb Studio SRL of services for the development, creation, configuration and technical maintenance of websites.

1. General Provisions
AsideWeb Studio SRL provides services to individuals and legal entities on the basis of a contract concluded between the parties.
Submitting an inquiry through the website does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not oblige either party to enter into a contract or purchase services.
The specific list of services, cost, completion times and other terms are agreed with the client before the work begins.

2. Inquiry and Project Discussion
The client may submit an inquiry through the contact form on the website.
After receiving the inquiry, AsideWeb Studio SRL may contact the client using the provided contact details to clarify:
project goals and requirements;
required functionality;
website structure and content;
design requirements;
technical requirements;
completion times;
service cost.
Based on the information received, the parties agree on the terms of further cooperation.

3. Service Cost
The cost of services is determined individually depending on the complexity of the project, the scope of work and the client’s requirements.
The final cost and payment method are agreed by the parties before the relevant stage of work begins.
Work that is not included in the initially agreed scope may be performed for an additional fee after agreement with the client.

4. Completion Times
The completion time for the work is determined depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
The deadlines may be changed if the client does not provide the materials, information, access credentials or approvals necessary to perform the work within the agreed time.
The deadlines may also be changed if the client modifies the initial requirements or adds new requirements.

5. Client Obligations
The client is obliged to:
provide the necessary materials, information and access credentials;
provide accurate information;
approve the presented work results in a timely manner;
timely report any identified deficiencies;
have the necessary rights to images, texts, logos and other materials provided.
The client is responsible for the legality of using the materials provided for publication on the website.

6. Changes and Additional Work
Within the agreed project, the client may request changes provided for in the initial requirements.
Changes that exceed the initially agreed scope of work are considered additional work and may result in changes to the project cost and deadlines.
Additional work is performed after it has been approved by the client.

7. Delivery of the Result
After completion of the agreed work, the result is delivered to the client in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded between the parties.
If the project provides for the transfer of source files, access credentials, code or other materials, the procedure for such transfer is determined by the contract between the parties.

8. Rights to Created Materials
Rights to the intellectual property results created as part of the order are determined by the contract concluded between AsideWeb Studio SRL and the client.
The transfer of exclusive or other economic rights to the created materials is carried out only to the extent and under the conditions provided for in the contract.
Third-party rights to materials provided by third parties remain with their respective rights holders.

9. Use of Third-Party Services
Third-party software products, plugins, libraries, fonts, services, analytics systems, hosting services and other technologies may be used to create and operate the website.
The use of such solutions may be governed by separate terms and licenses of the respective rights holders.

10. Technical Maintenance
Technical maintenance of the website is provided only if it is included in the agreed list of services or in a separate agreement with the client.
The scope, cost and terms of technical maintenance are determined separately by the parties.

11. Liability of the Parties
The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the terms of the concluded contract.
AsideWeb Studio SRL is not responsible for:
the content of materials provided by the client;
violation of third-party rights by the client;
malfunctions of third-party services, hosting services or software that are beyond the control of AsideWeb Studio SRL;
consequences of changes to the website made by the client or third parties without the consent of AsideWeb Studio SRL.

12. Termination of Work
Work on the project may be terminated by agreement of the parties or in other cases provided for by the contract and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
In the event of termination of the work, the payment procedure, delivery of the completed part of the project and other materials are determined by the contract between the parties.

13. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
